"Healthy Oceans-Healthy People": a session co-leaded by Dr Louise Gammage at the Ocean Visions 2021 Summit

The Ocean Visions 2021 Summit May 18-21 “Towards a Global Ecosystem for Ocean Solutions” will bring together a multi-sector community of researchers, including Dr Louise Gammage from MARIS, who will co-lead a session on “Healthy Oceans-Healthy People” on 20 May at 2 pm. Registration is free.

AOS Postgraduate Thando Mazomba becomes a youth ambassador for the All-Atlantic Ocean 2020/2021 cohort.

Alongside two other UCT ambassadors Dr Marissa Brink-Hull and Kirstin Petzer, Applied Ocean Sciences postgraduate Thando Mazomba will be expanding awareness of the Atlantic Ocean and its important role as a sustainable resource and climate regulator.
