UCT Marine Early Career Researchers (ECR) are invited to participate in a new survey about the effect of COVID-19 pandemic on Marine ECR, launched by the network OYSTER.
The Whales and Climate Program involves 25 researchers from six countries and aims to create models of humpback whale distributions under future climate-change scenarios and investigate how ocean changes influence their population status and conservation.
To get insights of the learning experience within the AOS MSc programme, we’ve asked students enrolled in the 2020 programme to share with us their perspective, particularly their learning curves during lockdown. Fortunate Shingange and Zanele Binase agreed to participate.
